Clermont County

Clermont County is a short drive from either of our two locations located in Hamilton County which allows us to give our clients fast professional bail bonds service. Having the proper knowledge for this court system can save you some valuable time. When posting for municipal court you will be posting these bonds at the Clerk of Courts Office located a 4430 State Route 222 Batavia, Ohio 45103 from the hours of 9:00 AM to 11 PM. When posting these bail bonds, you want to start the process about an hour early to allow our agents to complete the process which includes a brief interview with the person in custody.

Butler County

Butler County is a large county with six different courts that may require bail bond services. Criminal and Traffic Cases in Butler County Area 1 Court hears criminal and traffic cases on Thursday of each week. The Judge holds court from 10:00 AM to 12 Noon. At 11:30 AM, the Court hears Reviews of prior cases and cases with Orders to Appear. Prisoners are arraigned at approximately 1:30 PM. Preliminary hearings, bench trials, and reviews of prior cases begin after the completion of the arraignments. Afternoon Court remains in session until all cases on the docket have been heard.

Domestic Violence cases are heard by a magistrate beginning at 8:00 AM on the first and second Thursdays of each month.

Butler County Area II

This area court is located at 101 High St, Hamilton, OH 45011 and can be reached by phone at  (513) 887-3459. Monday-Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM.

Criminal and Traffic Cases 
Butler County Area II Court is in session on Wednesday of each week. Bench Trials, Motion to Suppress and Reviews are heard on Tuesdays. The Non-English speaking docket is heard on the first Tuesday of each month at 8:15 AM with an interpreter present.

On Wednesday the schedule is as follows:

8:30 AM- All O.V.I.’s, DUS M-1 & M-4 only, Leave the Scene, Criminal Offenses, Humane Officer’s Citations

1:00 PM-Preliminary Hearings, Probation Violations, and Prisoner hearings

These times are approximate and actual starting times will be determined by case volume.

All Minor Misdemeanor Traffic Offenses and Unclassified Traffic Offenses will be heard by a magistrate on Thursdays at 11:00 a.m.

Domestic Violence Cases will be heard by a magistrate on the third and fourth Thursdays of each month at 9:00 a.m. (eff. 11/15/2018 D.V. cases will begin at 8:30 a.m.)

Butler County Area III

The final area municipal court referred to Area III is located 9577 Beckett Road

Criminal and Traffic Cases 

Butler County Area III Court is in session on Tuesdays. Bench trials are scheduled on Friday each month.  A Fine Review Docket is also scheduled on Fridays each month.

On Tuesdays, the court session is in the morning from 8:00 a.m. to completion and an afternoon session from 1:00 p.m. to completion.
The schedule is as follows:
8:00 a.m. Traffic, Operator’s License issues, after that, Criminal and Domestic Violence dockets
1:00 p.m. Felony Prisoner Arraignments, Probation Violations, and Non-English speaking cases. An interpreter is present for the afternoon docket.
1:00 p.m. Preliminary Hearings

These times are approximate and actual starting times will be determined by case volume. 

On scheduled Fridays, the court is in session from 8:00 a. m. to completion. Bench trials, Motions to Suppress, and Civil Objections are scheduled by the Judge from the bench.


Civil Cases

Every Wednesday, a magistrate presides over eviction hearings beginning at 8:30 A.M. Small claims cases and other civil matters are heard at 9:00 a.m. Civil Bench Trials are heard at 9:30 a.m. Court remains in session until all cases on the docket have been heard.

Civil Pretrials are scheduled from 8:15 a.m. to 8:30 a.m. every Wednesday.

Meanwhile Video Initial Appearances are heard daily at Area II Court for all three Area Courts. Videos are heard in the Magistrates’ Courtroom on the first floor of the Historic Courthouse in downtown Hamilton. The schedule is as follows:  Monday, 10 a.m.;  Tuesday, 11 a.m.; Wednesday, 9 a.m.; Thursday, 10 a.m. and Friday, 9:30 a.m.

  • Tuesday
    Criminal and Traffic pretrials will be held at 8 a.m., in open court.
  • Friday 
    Criminal and Traffic pretrials will also be held on the Friday Review Docket days at 9 a.m. in open court.  Check with the court for exact dates.
